Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of product delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to send the package to the correct address.
Notes
Custom or personalized items are not entitled to a 30-day refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs. The specific charges are based on the courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or out of order for our reasons, the consumer does not have to pay the shipping costs.
No restocking fees will be charged to the consumer for returning a product;

Then contact your credit card company; it may take a while for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is booked.
